my appointment was yesterday and I was attended by a young lady very fast she was especially safe during these times and even cleaned each pen after it’s been used, thank you great customer service.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment to which I did arrive late because I hard time finding the location and was delayed at a previous Dr. appt. Communication was horrible by the front desk who just kept telling me to wait for her to come out only to tell me 30min later, she was on break. I assume there is only 1 employee?! I understand I was late, but why have me wait for over 30min to then say you are on lunch break? Just seems very unprofessional. I do apologize for being late but things happen. You could have communicated way better. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I was able to schedule to have my fingerprints taken the next day and the process took less than 20 minutes. The young lady that worked there was fast and nice. My background fingerprints were processed and received in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend this company for fingerprint background checks. Also COVID-19 protocols were followed.

Scheduled online appt for Thurs.They called me 10 min before my appt. to say they did not have that appt. time available, despite my driving there. The date & time was printed in black and white on my form from their site. She tells me to come same time Friday. I show up at the same time and she's gone for the day. I call and she tells me to come Tues. NO THANK YOU!!!! Waste of time and soooooo unprofessional. This company should NOT be on the approved provider list for AHCA, period!
