Had a great experience working with Dalton and Casper. The whole process went smoothly, and everyone was extremely professional. They were able to answer all of our questions, and being a first time buyer, made us feel comfortable without any added pressure. I couldn’t recommend Casper, Dalton, and North Park Lincoln anymore highly.

I worked with Sandy (the saleswoman), Moses (her assistant), and Irma (the Parts Consultant). They went above and beyond and I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with all of them. They all have their strong points... Sandy has been with the company for over 15 years and she was very knowledgeable about literally everything. If we had a question, she knew the answer. She gave me the appropriate trade-in value for my MKZ Reserve and I never felt like I was being haggled for price. Moses, her assistant, was a really cool guy! He helped me get all my stuff out of my old car, and into my new car. He showed me around the Synch 3 features that are specific to the Continental and he was just an overall really awesome person to be around... very positive. Irma, the Parts Consultant, has also been with the company for about 15 years. She knew exactly what I wanted, which was a Continental sunshade for my new car. They didn't have it in the showroom, but she reached out to someone in their warehouse and they drove it over to me in time before I drove off the lot with my new car. Overall, I can see why this place is the number 1 dealership in the entire country... and the crazy thing is they are growing bigger!! I can't wait until I see the brand new renovations that they are doing... I'll definitely buy from them again. I can't wait to see them in a few years when I'm ready to trade up for a new car again.

I want to share my experience with North Park Lincoln. I was in the market for a 2018 Navigator Reserve but not just any Reserve, wife requested the Ebony/Russet interior with entertainment package. Did my nationwide research and fell upon North Park Lincoln. San Antonio is a good drive from Iowa. Called and was greeted by Robert Wright. This sales rep went out of his way genuinely to make this deal happen for me. Truthfully, if it wasn't for him.. I would've went somewhere else to purchase. I'm not going to go into detail is in why I almost cancelled this purchase. Robert did a PHENOMENAL JOB! Make sure you ask for this gentlemen. My wife and I couldn't be any happier with our purchase! Our newest addition arrived last night. Shout out to North Park's porter Greg Field as well! Communicated well during his trip and helped surprise my wife because it came a day early. Got the Navi to my home safe and sound. Warmest appreciation to the North Park Team

Our experience here was amazing! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Casper. He was quick to respond to our call and brought the vehicle I wanted straight to our home to test drive it. He was very knowledgeable about all of the Corsair’s features and made the whole process seamless and easy. Casper was very friendly, energetic, and seemed very passionate about his work.
