I have worked with National Corporate Housing now at my community for several years. They provide very clean apartments and great customer service. Highly recommend using their service.

Our company used National Corporate Housing for short-term housing in Minneapolis, MN this past spring. We had a team of electricians who needed housing while working on a month-long project, and therefor, needed parking for a large van with a ladder rack. Jackie Cochnauer with National Corporate Housing assured me ahead of time that the van would fit in the appropriate parking garage attached to the apartment we were leasing, and if it did not, he would find alternate parking for us. When our team arrived and found the parking garage would not accommodate the van, I called Jackie again. He asked us to find parking nearby, even if it was paid parking, and he would make sure he reimbursed our expenses. We paid for parking for over a month, and submitted the receipts to him. We have been seeking reimbursement since April 2018, with no response from Jackie. His colleagues have called us back a few times and apologized for his lack of communication, and promised he would contact us soon. It is August 2018, and we still have not heard from him. We have emails to prove promise of payment, and will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend using National Corporate Housing, as they do not seem to follow through with their promises, even when it's in writing.
