This is the worst dealership I’ve ever visited! We went in wanting to order a car with everything we wanted on it, including the color. They pushed us into purchasing a car on the lot! Asked “Can you be color blind?” Promised to install cooled seats at a local shop at a minimal extra cost, which we paid. When we took the car in to get it done, they told us they couldn’t do it. The employee(who is no longer working there) that promised us that didn’t write it in, so they wouldn’t give our money back. Said they will give us credit in the service department to offset any future purchases. We’ve had problems with the car shaking and had it into their shop and still not fixed. Took it in about 2 weeks ago, the service manager drove it and said “that was scary!” They still have the car! We will NEVER deal with them again!
