I had a great experience at the Fountain Auto Mall service center. My service advisor Vanessa Vargas and her team did a great job!. While my car was being serviced my advisor Vanessa kept me on the loop and was very helpful and courteous. The team at the waiting room was very kind and welcoming. I had been to other dealerships in the past and i can say that this by far was the best customer service I've ever received. I plan to continue coming back for my car's services here at Fountain Auto Mall in the future. I would like to thank Vanessa Vargas and her excellent team.

I had two lovely people helping me. One was a lady named Jessica and another gentleman whose name has slipped my mind. Both took very good care of me. Jessica checked in on me numerous times throughout the process and kept me up to date on everything. When some minor issues were found, she explained them to me and what she’d recommend, but overall left the decision up to me without being pushy. Exceptional team!
