Overall, I will not be returning nor purchasing another vehicle from this location. I bought a used 2020 chevy spark that had cosmetic issues. Upon the purchase, I was assured the cosmetic issues would be fixed, and it was written into the contract. I also was assured verbally numerous times by Gaby, the Sales Associate. I brought the car for them To repair The cosmetic Damages after Purchasing a Few days After and Was told To pick It up at A later date. I arrived to pick up the car and was extremely unhappy with the work done; it had seemed as if the issues were made to be worse; the scratches and painted parts had become more prominent, and there was no sanding. Therefore what was promised to be repaired and unnoticeable was now even more apparent and worse. The associate Gaby who completed the deal had understood my unhappiness and took a video to prove the car's condition. I was once again promised she would take care of the issue and it would be unnoticeable also; therefore I remained patient and left the vehicle once again. Upon picking it up for the second time, Gaby was no longer tending to us and did not come out to show the car but instead sent another sales manager. The vehicle had not been repaired at all and remained precisely the same, which cause a great deal of unhappiness. I was instructed to “make him understand” what the issue was although it was clearly apparent. Overall I will not be returning due to this horrible service, and I do not recommend this facility.

Having a deal so through so quickly and smoothly was refreshing; I think it was the fastest time that I was in and out of the dealership. It took at the most for things to go through from start to finish. Our Sales Rep, DJ, was meticulous in having all the paper work ready. Our Finance Rep was equally efficient. The transaction went so well, this was transaction number 7, there's no doubt we'll buy our next vehicle at this dealership. Subaru has been a tremendously safe and reliable vehicle with excellent customer service in both the Sales and Services Departments. The only thing that was a slightly annoying was that to look at cars online required filling out a contact form. After the first call and email, I advised that I was working with someone already but kept receiving calls. It has stopped since the purchase.

Doug and Eli helped us purchase our Rav4, they made it so easy and quick. They both went the extra mile to ensure we had a great deal and three were over all kind caring people. The office is very clean and spacious all the colleagues there greet you with a smile and you don’t get the “fake salesman trying to sell you anything” vibe in there. They are genuine down to earth lovely people. Doug went above and beyond by sending us an email after thanking us and asking us how we were. Eli went through our options and made everything so simple and explained everything with a genuine caring smile. Oh and did I mention THEY LOVE DOGS!! They encouraged us to bring our pup in when we come to get the car serviced ... 10000/10 for friendliness and 2000/10 for being dog lovers!

What can I say, impressed by our first Subaru car! Was not planning on purchasing that day but this lady Frances was easy and nice to work with and did not force things in our throats! Ian was great to work with, i came from out of town and he made the process very easy and fast. He worked with me over the phone and got me the deal i was looking for right away without going back and forth haggling. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car.
