I was looking for a specific plate for my catering services. I wanted an elegant item but also disposable. I went to the show room and i met the most friendliest people, and they had so many interested items in display. I didn't just leave with one item, but with several interesting serving trays. I would definitely come back , the only down side is that they dont have a store but only online purchases.
These products are all well designed, articulated, and fulfill their purpose in the eco friendly product industry! Packnwood is indeed a quality over quantity company that has an eye for detail in three areas. Design, Product, and Customer Satisfaction.
Amazingly helpful staff! I visited the show room in a pinch and they were so helpful getting me what I needed. Will be placing more orders with them soon!
This company is atrocious! After receiving the incorrect order twice and calling and emailing to have it corrected they stated that they would simply credit my account. This was three months ago and all attempts to reach them for this credit have gone unanswered. Their postage and handing is astronomical and there is no follow up! Reaching out to the Better Business Bureau proved worthless as they did not even follow thru with the obligatory call requested by the BBB. Read reviews on the BBB website and save yourself the time, money and aggravation by shopping elsewhere for packaging needs. Horrendous company!!!
