Went to my first appt on 2/17/21 at 9:30am and wow was i impressed! Dr Fischer was VERY helpful and professional. Staff is top notch! A 5 stars all the way!

Be careful when you go to this place, they don’t let you park even where patients are allowed to park at. The apparent manager of this facility, stopped me outside the building while she was in her blue ecoboost or v6 Mustang, and told me to move my car although there was no reserved sign nor on the sidewalk it states the parking is reserved. If it were to state it was reserved I would never park there in the first place. She then told me that all the parking’s right next to the building was owned by the doctor of this facility, so I apparently had no right to park next to the building although there are no signs that states the parking is reserved for him. On its website it states, “Our staff is well trained, friendly and understanding.” That’s quite a statement especially when outside the building I get yelled at by the supposed manager. It’s disappointing to see how a supposed manager treats others just because she believes she is superior to others. I hope others are not treated the same way I was that day.

Dr. Palencia is awesome. Very straight forward and explains things in an understandable way. Pain meds were given as appropriate. He worked wonders for my spine with injections and made referrals when needed for things that didn't progress with treatment.

I wish I could give them a zero!! I went in for a consultation with Carmen Fisher and I cannot put into words how RUDE this lady was!! After being so rude to me I was upset and started to cry and she said \ why are you crying it's not like you have cancer!\ Only followed by I have injuries worse than you! Well I didn't know it was a contest! She dismissed my pain issues and treated me like a junkie off the streets!! When I wiped my nose from me crying she yelled at me and said MASK ON we are in the middle of a pandemic now thanks to you we have to decontaminate the whole room!! Well that should be done anyways!! She refused to fill my medications and even after I told her I cannot do Injections she schedule me for them anyways!!! She is very hard to understand and got more irritated every time I asked her to repeat herself! So she told me I had two weeks to taper myself off my meds when first that's not enough time it could put me in the hospital and she refused to do any medication even though I have been on them for many many years and I cannot function without them.... I would not see her!!! She is absolutely RUDE! Had no manners and has gotten reported to the medical board for the disgusting way she treats her patients!!!!!! Carmen Fisher should not be practicing medicine at all and I feel so sorry for the staff that has to put up with her disgusting behavior every day!!!! She knew I had anxiety and her behavior caused me to have a panic attack in the lobby area... CARMEN FISHER shame on you!!! You should be sued for malpractice and one day you may say the wrong thing to someone on edge and depressed and cause them to take their life and you will have to live with it for the rest of your life!!!!!! #CarmenFisherneedsanewjob

I give this place a Zero.. Dr. Fischer is very unprofessional and behind rude. She has no work ethics. She has made her co-workers cry. I have never seen anything so disturbing. Management (Jeanette) is very insensitive to her employees. She will back \Dr.Fischer\ up not matter what the reason might be .I hope the staff will find better avenues for work in the near future. As a person of business I would NEVER recommend this place for anyone of any age.
