Just got my truck from Parrish. Had a great experience they were very informative and didn't push for you to buy something that you didn't want or afford. They explained all the paperwork and financing well and took care of everything while and my family talked in the showroom. Highly recommend them and will be the first place I visit when I get my next Vehicle

By far, Parrish Ford has been the best and easiest dealership to purchase a vehicle from ! Whether you need a new vehicle or a used vehicle, this should be were you start your search !! They are polite, professional and do not engage you with high pressure sales. I purchased a 2017 F150 and we could not be happier. David Jones was our salesman and he was great. He made sure that the process went smoothly, had the vehicle detailed, paperwork all in order and even filled the tank up with gas ! He made sure he explained all the features that the truck comes with (and there's a lot), and he was a pleasure to deal with. John Sale took awesome care of us also with the financing options and helping out explaining the vehicles history and equipment. He even searched around to get me the best rate available for my loan. The whole process began because I brought my 1998 F150 to the service department, and it was time to finally upgrade to a newer vehicle. I was so impressed with the way I was treated from the service department (Judith), that I decided to look at the used trucks on the lot. I would highly recommend them for their sales and service departments, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all that helped out with our purchase and keep up the good work !

I just recently decided to trade-in my pickup truck for a new one, and was leaning towards a Ford F-150. Happened to be passing through the village of Goochland last week, and decided to stop in. My salesman, David Jones, and the entire staff at Parrish Ford were awesome. Bottom line...this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. David was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and best of all...genuine. Neither he nor the sales manager, John Seal, were pushy or tried to use any fast-talking sales gimmicks. I asked them to please not waste time for either of us, and to give me a serious deal up front. They did just that. Great folks, great business. My wife and I hope to deal with them again!

We had a great experience buying a used car (Honda CV-R) at Parrish Ford. We arranged for a test drive and when we decided we wanted the car, we were able to accomplish it in little over an hour and drive away. They are part of the CUDL network and we were able to complete our Credit Union financing right on the spot. Jason Shaw was very helpful in showing us the car and answering all our questions. There were no high pressure sales. We also appreciated that they do not charge a dealer processing fee. All in all it was worth the drive to Gouchland. We would highly recommend Parrish Ford if you are looking for a new/used car.

I recently needed to replace my aging pickup truck so I reluctantly began the dreaded process of finding and buying a new truck. I had decided on a Ford and after searching all the local dealer websites, I found that Parrish had a nice assortment of trucks that might meet my needs and at quite reasonable prices. So, I stopped in at Parrish, was greeted by salesperson David Jones and began what turned out to be an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I found David to be personable, most willing to consider my needs and concerns and, best of all, very knowledgeable about the Ford product line. David took the time to point out, explain and demonstrate the features of these trucks including all the new electronic conveniences, and there are many. We did find a truck that appealed to me and would meet my needs. Parrish made me a trade-in offer for my old truck which I thought very fair and was well within the range Kelly bluebook quoted for my truck. As advertised, there really were no extra processing fees added to the price. When I had made my decision to buy, Sales Manager John Seal made the paperwork quick and painless. In addition, I wanted a sprayed-on bed liner for my new truck. David was able to have that done for a good price on the very next business day and they did a superb job! So, to sum this up, Parrish Ford and David Jones made this whole truck buying experience totally stress free and actually fun. I would totally recommend Parrish Ford to anyone.
