Your ER is absolutely worthless. You don’t even deserve 1 star.

My husband went to the emergency room at United Proctor Hospital. The doctor, all the nurses and employees were professional and good attitude. The doctor knew what my husband had with the right tests. He saved my husband life. Then my husband was 4 days there, The nurses and everybody knew what to do and the nurse on charge to take care my husband, Laura, very professional and friendly. She answer all the questions we asked and explained to us what we did not understand. Thanks to Doctors, nurses and employees. We appreciated very much..

We could not be more pleased with the immediate, professional and caring treatment by every member of the staff starting with the police at the emergency entrance to the reception area, to the initial 3-4 nursing staff, the ER Dr review and the subsequent testing and review of the results. All should feel very proud of the part they played.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Security gaurd locked my 8 month old and I outside at 9pm in the cold. Used the phone and told them I needed in and had to wait 15 minutes to be let in. I watched the guy walk in front of the door... very rude! The nurses are absolutely awful as well. They sat at the nurses station eating cookies and browsing on their phones while several patient call lights were on. It took each patient 15 minutes or more to get help with whatever they needed. I have never witnessed such awful care... will not be returning.

My father has received great care at the Proctor Facility for multiple issues over the last several months. We have always found the staff courteous and informative. I have Power of Attorney for my father's healthcare, and they have always had very good communication with us. In addition, my wife and I had our third child at Proctor. It was so much better than our experience at one of the other major hospitals in Peoria that I won't name here.
