We request please If you find load booking time any pickup relate to Fresh House Cold Storage. Please leave the load because it is very very bad place for trucker no parking and we visit twice time same issue we found 1st time December 2019 they take 18 hrs for loaded 3 pallets. And Now we check in 12:30 PM 02/10/21 and they loaded 5 pallets next day 19:25 PM. 02/11/21.

Called at 2pm and was told my load is ready. Checked in at 4:30pm. Got a door at 8pm. Started to get loaded at 10pm. Welcome to Fresh house. Park in street and walk to office. Backing to dock doors is ok. Not that bad.

Door right away still 4 hours to load 10 pallets with product ready.

You must park on street to check in, and the street is absurdly packed. This is a fcfs facility. You have to wait to be called for a door. Then wait in line some more till everyone turns in or out. It is a one way in one way out . Parking is tight if one is pulling out while trying to pull in.
