We went to Plaza RV for repairs to our 5th wheel camper after the Iowa wind storm. The staff at Plaza RV were great! Got the needed repair parts in a day and we had our camper back in a week. Plaza RV will have all our business going forward. Side note: we initially contacted RVOne about the repairs as we purchased our camper there two years ago. We were treated horribly, told repairs would take two months, and their service guy, Phil, even called my son an a**hole. Plaza RV treated us great from the first phone call. They are the only RV business we’ll use!

Will not own their mistakes, at the customer's expense. I had my RV in to Plaza RV a couple times. The first time was for a number of issues we had with a new to us camper - it needed a tune up here and there, and had a leak on the grey water line. We were generally happy with the service, and so scheduled a major repair, a new roof. On our next outing after the first repairs we noticed our grey line was still leaking... they did not glue a pipe fitting. When we brought it in for the roof job, I asked them to also finish the grey line repair that they did not finish fixing, but for which I was charged, the first time. The person I was working with wrote it down. A roof replacement is a big job, so we brought the camper in knowing that they would fit us in when they could. It was the off season, so that's fine. We waited a month for the call to pick it up, and were informed that we had 3 days to get it, or they would start charging storage. This is a busy time of year, so we needed to rearrange schedules to be sure we could get the camper in time - arranging to pick it up when they were closed. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the grey line was still not repaired as I had requested, so I left the camper so they could finish the job. I got the call that it was *really fixed* and ready for pickup, and when I asked for compensation of my time for the trip I had already made I was told they would not. In fact, I was told it was my fault for not telling them to fix the grey line in the first place... needless to say, we ended our discussion with differing opinions. When a company charges me 124/hr for their time, I expect them to respect the value of my time. And, not to be blamed for their mistakes. I'm not sure where we will take the camper for service next time, but I'm sure it will not be Plaza RV.

After a catastrophic axle accident on our travel trailer, these are the only place that would help us with the repair. In fact the kind man even waited after they closed to hobble in on our remaining axle. Bless him.

If your looking for a camper and the great service for your camper this is the place to buy and service your camper!! We purchased a Chaparral Lite last year and are happy we picked Plaza RV after looking at campers at 5 different places.
