Excellent practice! Specifically, I work w Faith Saunders, PA-C and find her exceptional. She is an excellent listener and really helps me feel she is a partner in addressing my concerns all the while ensuring I have evidence based information to work from. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and seems happy to see me. The urgent care is also extremely easy to access as well. Highly recommend this practice.

The medical staff are good, but Privia, the management company is horrible. I really like my doctor and think she’s great, but Privia creates an overly bureaucratic and nickel-and-dime approach to medical care. Placing the emphasis on how many different ways they can bilk you for money instead of patient care. Not saying doctors should not get paid, but when you make the patient experience horrible... they’re not even transparent about it they’re billing scheme, but when you make a patient fill out a form warning them that if they bring up anything outside of what they’re scheduled to be there for will be considered and charged as a separate appointment, it kind of makes you wonder what the priorities are.
