Another medical provider that has no idea how to run a business. Call their phone numbers and you get messages that the mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. They don't submit medical reports with their billing to insurance companies.

Went down to San Antonio from Austin for a left shoulder MRI, because I found them through an internet service at less than 1/4 of what I was quoted from an Austin Hospital. No complaints about the facilities, but the MRI was never sent to my physician, tho' it was promised to be sent the next day (a Thursday), when it still hadn't arrived by the following Monday, I called and was promised that it would be sent by mail, first thing on Tuesday. By the following Friday it still hasn't been received by my doctor.
