As soon as I pulled in a young man was there to greet me by by name, knew what service I needed and started my paper work had the job on the way in no time. I browsed in the show room looking at the new cars and seemed like in no time the fellow was telling me my truck was ready. I was checked out by a very polite young lady and sent on my way. The service manger Patrick was also there to be sure everything went smoothly.

My husband and I discovered a lot of the things checked as green on the checklist clearly hadn't even been checked (see picture). They didn't wash the vehicle or vacuum the drivers side and we aren't sure they rotated the tires at all. They definitely did not check the air filter which was checked as green or the windshield wipers which were also checked green. We really feel we got ripped off with the maintenance plan. I did have someone contact me Friday about these issues and I was supposed to get a call back by end of day and here it is Tuesday of the following week and I am still waiting. Buyer beware! Do not buy a maintenance plan from them, go somewhere else for your service! My husband had new tires put on yesterday and apparently the tread was different on all 4 tires which is not what the service documents said. Less than 2 weeks after my oil change I also ran out of wiper fluid. That’s the 2nd time in a row they didn’t bother with that. What did we pay for? Still waiting to hear back from them. I definitely will not do business there again. In response to the owner that responded no I never got another call back other than the one above and we are pretty sure they didn't even change the oil based on the fact that it is extremely dirty and we haven't been driving much during the pandemic. I took a hit but cancelled my service plan and will get service elsewhere from now on. We will not be back to Legends Nissan for future purchases or services.

Buying experience with Jeff The truck wasn't clean no gas not ready even after early morning call for an appointment Was busy didn't provide another assistant Price was changed extra 1200 on the website by the time I drove to the place . Red flag reporting to the Federal trade commission and Department of customer affairs and Nissan Customer care . Really sad to see how they treat the business like this .

This was my first time buying a car and it happened in a spur of the moment thing I called the night before interested in a truck and they reached back same night and immediately set up an appointment the next day and even rescheduled when something came up. They’re easy and fun to work with Mark was great with setting up the appointment and Steve did a huge job helping with the financing and securing the spot. Anthony didn’t beat around the bush dealing with the paperwork and rules for right to it and made it enjoyable. 10/10 recommended
