After looking at many local dealerships and talking with multiple salespeople, I choose this locations to purchase my new car. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. Rick was my salesperson, and he was fantastic. I was given all of the information I was looking for and got my questions answered quickly. This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership, and my experience was wonderful. 10/10 recommend working with Preston Toyota of New Castle.

My husband and I have been looking into purchasing a Toyota. We live in the City of Pittsburgh and went to many dealerships. All were the same. Large dealerships with salesmen that are quick to offer the least amount for your car and have terrible customer service. One thing I look for is how much interest there is from the sales person to really help me with what I am looking for. Needless to say the many dealerships I went to in Pittsburgh had not. I decided to reach out to Preston Toyota. The salesman I was transferred to was Rick F. From the very second he answered he was straight forward. He also expressed continuously his appreciation for me considering Preston Toyota. I told him what I wanted and he was able to give me a ball park of where I would be. He was so thoughtful in doing that because I would be traveling over 1 hour to see him. He followed up the next day to ask if I had any questions. My husband and I decided to take the drive. He had 2 vehicles cleaned and ready for me to look at. As soon as I got there I test drove one while he looked at my SUV. He came back with numbers. There was no haggling. He gave me the best price. I know that because of what the other dealerships in Pittsburgh were offering. I was totally blown away. He is the most honest, professional, kind salesman I have ever worked with. My husband, who buys lots of cars, agreed. It was like a family there. He built a relationship and really listed to what I needed from the very first call. It was worth the drive. From now on we will make the trip to see Rick and the guys at Preston Toyota. I highly recommend going there. Rick was a class act! Truly!!

I purchased my 2017 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. For the most part, I have been happy with my truck. However, the service department is a completely different story. I had my truck in for servicing, an oil change, state inspection and several recalls. I was told this would probably take 2 to 3 hours. They had my truck for almost 6. When I returned to pick up my truck, after exiting the service center, I discovered that they hadn't put on new inspection stickers. When I read their service report, it said the truck failed. This had not been disclosed to me either during my one brief call to the dealer ship nor when I picked it up. When I called the number I had been provided, the lady became rude saying that it had not passed because of the pads, which were at 2/32 and 3/32? Unfortunately, knowing PA inspection law, I knew that wasn't a fail, so I asked for the service managers number. Two days later, he finally reaches out to me and tells me it was the rotors that failed. Interesting that they failed to disclose that on any of the paperwork. Going to take my vehicle to a different garage and have it done there. If my rotors aren't bad, going to open a complaint with the state. But I would STRONGLY recommend all to avoid this dealership and service center. I sure will be. As a follow up. I told your manager I have no recollection of the alleged name calling. Second, you staff never told me of the failed inspection. Third, your manager left me a message. I called him back the following day. He became rude Nd condescending and refused to listen to my complaint or issue. He even refused to give me the dealerships head manager number, telling me to call in myself and get it, which I did. A very highly unprofessional business here. I have been buying vehicles from them since they bought the sharon dealership. Never again. And I strongly urge others to avoid this company.
