I've got a 4 year old and we've avoided the doctor for years. He's been nervous about visits because of past very bad experiences. They have been dreadful for me because of this. Going to the doctor is scary!!! NOT ANYMORE! Even after getting two shots, he said he wanted to see Dr. Steve again next week (just to hang out haha). Thank you Dr. Steve for changing his perception of doctors offices--for the rest of his life. Superheros, colors, favorite foods, he knew all of the little things that would warm up my little guy to a doctor again. THANK YOU so much for the care and attention from the Dr., staff and wonderful nurse.

Yesterday afternoon, I took my 11 year old child to be seen by Dr. Nicole Bronson after he was having difficulty with some food going down his esophagus. She was very helpful, informative, and gracious during the visit. She also checked on us and updated us with what was going on via phone several times. She also called one of her colleagues, a Gastroenterologist Doctor, and Robert Wood Johnson Children's Hospital to get the complete information on the situation. We were also sent to Hillsborough Radiology Center just to verify there was no food still there. Overall, the visit was very positive and we would recommend Dr. Nicole Bronson!

Everything was fine until a billing issue, which they do not want to help even though the paper trail and insurance shows it is their error. No choice but to get lawyers involved because the person in the office is horrible to fix things doesn't try one bit to be helpful.

Friendly staff. We really like Dr. Kwong. She's Ben our primary pediatrician since our daughter's very first check up. She is practical, understanding, and very reassuring. Love the nurses phone line - though we did have an issue with no one answering the after hours line Christmas night. We also appreciate that there are a few offices within reasonable driving distance from our home. We feel confident that we can always be seem by someone.

This is an amazing pediatric practice. We are always taken in on time. I really appreciate that they have a sick and well waiting room. Our regular doctor is Dr Pierson whom we love, but we’ve also seen many others for sick visits etc and they are all great as well. I never feel rushed and the doctors are very thorough. They have a patient portal for easy access to your kids chart. Labs can be done at the office. Everything flows smoothly. I recommend them to all my local friends and family.

I never leave reviews but dealing with their business office has been horrible. God forbid something messes up with your insurance because you will need to dedicate a whole afternoon on a day that you are off work to handle it. I will be switching doctors for my child's next appointment because I cannot stand how difficult it is to handle insurance matters. Here's some of the problems I encountered: 1) It is impossible to reach the business office. The only way that I can reach the office is if I call every other hour in the hope that I can get through. If I leave a voicemail, I will get a call back the next day but as I'm a teacher, it's unlikely that I'll be able to take the call. So we go on this endless cycle of never being able to reach the business office. 2) Finally, I reach the business office. After all that wasted time and effort, the only thing they can ever tell me is to call the insurance and figure it out myself. 3) The insurance and the office end up contradicting each other and I waste my time on the line with both of them. 4) They charge a late fee and have the audacity to tell me that because I reached them for that particular call, that they are easily accessible and I should have handled the matter sooner. Fine, whatever. 5) Due to switching insurance between my and my husband's place of work, an appointment from back in March for my child falls through the cracks. They tell me that I have to file the claim myself because it's too late for them to file it. Fine. But then they also tell me I need to set up a payment plan. What the hell is the point of the payment plan if I'm filing the claim myself already?! All the other medical and dental providers were able to file the claims that got caught in the switch for me yet I'm being penalized for they're inability to do so?! Save yourself the headache and find a different doctor for your child.

Now that I'm an adult I am coming across very serious issues that should have been caught when I was being seen here for my first 19 years like a heart birth defect. Please don't take your kids here, they missed so many of my issues and disregarded my very serious issues many times and sent me home like I was nuts and went my childhood thinking I was dramatic.

I cannot say enough great things about this office! They get you in immediately for any sick visits and can even save you time by speaking with a nurse first. The after hours line is so reassuring for the middle of the night issues that pop up and I have never had an issue with waiting long for a doctor or nurse to call me back. Dr Pelligreno is such a source of reassurance and offers real life experience that helps calm all new moms nerves! He is a wealth of information! Dr Siroli is amazing as well! To be honest, I have not come across any doctor or nurse who I did not like at this practice. Very thankful we chose them to care for our little ones!
