My son has literally been since in their office since he was 3 days old. I would not take him anywhere else. Taylor is amazing with him. She interacts with him and remembers things about him. Yes I know they write it down but it still feels better that he does not seem like a number. The front desk staff is so efficient. I always get my appointments when I need them and they understand that as a first time mom, I called and asked a ton of questions. They helped my diagnose constipation for him over the phone, Tylenol dosages, you name it. They are always so helpful and wonderful. My nephews go there too which is how I knew about them. I drive from Nicholson 45 minutes to make sure they see him.

I just called to make my first appointment and the receptionist or whoever answered the phone was rude and condescending when she was speaking me. Treat people with respect and kindness. Be professional when answering questions. You’re the first point of contact for that business!

We've been going to this office for 11 years and don't plan to leave. On many occasions the staff has worked us in for a sick visit. Dr. Thomson has taken time out of his weekend to come check on my sick kids for himself. The first time being when my 9mo old had RSV and the second time being when my daughter was days old and not behaving normal. We love this office! I will say, it's a small office of one doctor and several nurse practitioners.

I have been going here since I was a baby and now I take my son here so, it’s been about 25 years of experience in my life and his. I love this place I’ve never had one problem and I hope I never do. They are always caring and fast at getting us in and out every appointment. I wouldn’t want another office caring for my son!

Very nice little office with friendly staff. The lady at the front desk had an attitude..or maybe thats her personality but it didnt stifle our experience. They worked us in for a sick appointment(first appointment as well) within an hour and a half and the Dr. Was amazing. I would recommend this office!
