Dr Shapiro and her staff have seen all of our children over the past 10 years and have become part of our extended family. Our children love going to the doctor, and we feel very safe and confident in their care. They always accommodate us and are super friendly and easy to work with! We are so happy to live close by and be able to have New Windsor Pediatrics for our family!

Dr. Shapiro is a terrible doctor and does not speak Spanish. That is a lie. She rushes in and out of the room stating that she \loves you\ but does not take the time to give good care. When I have questions about things regarding my child, she tells me not to worry but does not explain anything. I will never recommend her to anyone or her practice.

Every single interaction with their staff has always left me feeling comforted, and so happy that I chose Dr Shapiro to care for my daughter. Right down to the very first phone call to schedule her first appointment. They treat you like family. They listen. They are compassionate and warm and go above and beyond for their patients and they are ALWAYS professional. Not to mention they are speedy! I am never left waiting long and always acknowledged by all. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the only ones I trust! We love them!
