Bought a used machine from them last year for an amazing price, and have loved it! It's top of the line with a digital touch screen. Toner is always affordable through Printer Recyclers; they will drop everything to come out and service our machine for no additional cost. We will be customers for life!

Excellent customer experience over the last six months! Mike and his crew are delightfully competent at delivering laser printer solutions, repairs, and supplies like toner cartridges at reasonable prices. I will never buy from those big box or office warehouse stores again because Printer Recyclers of Sandy UT are specialists who, as caring individuals, represent how a successful small business should behave.
I have sold several machines to this company. Unfortunately does not appear they completely know what they are selling or how to support them. Claimed damage on each machine. The last machine "damage" was that the finisher was not properly installed when plugged in. They claimed they had a tech work on them then told me that the tech was for Konica Minolta not HP and the tech didn't want to touch the machines. When selling floor model machines it is normally best you think ahead to how those will be installed if you nor your customer know how to do so.
