This is the least friendly store I've ever been to in my 57 years on this planet. I simply asked what bike I could get for my son only to be turned away by the staff that seemed like they had better things to do. I introduced myself and my son very kindly asking for a bike for his birthday, my son was so excited to get a new bike. The man I talked to simply said "we don't have anything for him" and walked away to another person. I understand bikes are hard to get right now, but I have never experienced such rude service in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and go to the other bicycle shop on Forbes. They are extremely nice people.

Great experience at the squirrel Hill location. Went around closing and despite that got everything I wanted done. Got my gait assessed, sized, and tried on multiple shoes to test for comfort. Unfortunately, the shoes there were a bit narrow for me. I didn't find what I wanted at that store but the person who helped me called a neighboring store to see if they could ship one to their location for me. She was very knowledgeable and I feel like I got a lot done in a matter of 15 to 20 minute .

I had a wonderful experience with Jenna and Kate. They are SO knowledgeable! They were able to help me find the best pair of running shoes for my needs and were very patient with all my questions. They informed me of their group run events and I will absolutely be attending! You must stop by if you are in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood.

I just purchased my Specialized at this store and got a great deal! Cheryl and Ted were very helpful and had had the bike ready when I walked in. We will be back! edit. I actually went back and bought another ebike for my wife! Cheryl knows her stuff and makes the process easy.

Excellent local source for riding gear, but you pay for the address. Helpful staff.

I’m a very new runner, and I started running a few weeks ago in my Nike gym shoes (not tailored at all to running). When I started feeling pain in my feet, back, and pretty much all over, I decided I needed some running shoes. I ended up at pro bikerun and it was such an awesome experience. We were greeted immediately upon walking in, and the employee helping me did an awesome job tailoring shoes to my needs and helping me pick the right one. I ran with them today and my run felt 100 times better than it has. So glad i went there! We will definitely be back :)

Customer service is severely lacking. I waited around for 10 minutes for someone to help me. Finally when someone came to help, they were not very knowledgeable of the differences between the bikes I was looking at. They did not have the model of bike that I was looking for so I test rode two similar models. Believe it or not, the right pedal fell off the second bike I test rode not even 20 feet from the store. Thankfully the drivers in the intersection saw what happened and waited for me to pick up the bike and get out of the way. While I was not injured, it could have been much worse. If you are test riding bikes from this store, check the bike over yourself! Secondly, they were supposed to have two bikes delivered to the Robinson store for me to test. When I went today, the people at the Robinson store said that they were sent the wrong bikes. I decided I had enough and purchased a bike from another reputable seller instead.
