Vacation rental property. A/c unit was very old and had been nursed along for several years. Stopped working on a very hot August day and guests had to find another place to stay. Brandon and his crew responded quickly. The system had failed to the point that it couldn’t simply be repaired. But, Quality Air did a quick fix so our guests could stay at the property through the weekend. They replaced the system at the beginning of the following week - in one day, and it has worked like a champ ever since. Because of their quick fix and quick install, we didn’t lose any more guests. Five stars.

Phenomenal experience with this company today!!! Our AC Unit went out in the dead heat of desert summer, and they came over within an hour of my call and had it up and running immediately! The tech Emet was so knowledgeable, he replaced multiple parts/boxes and was incredibly professional. It was truly a joy to have stumbled upon this company via google search!!
