Luis made getting a car soooo easy. I have been so stressed and overwhelmed with working during this pandemic and having to get a car. Considering that this was a huge financial decision for me, it was a great experience. I was able to communicate with Luis on my terms, mostly text which was my preference, a couple emails, and then like magic my car was delivered to me AT WORK during a 15 min break and the process was complete(he even waited on me for several minutes until I could sneak out for a break).Luis answered all my questions and was so kind, THANK YOU!
