Relis and Roth is one of the most amazing companies I have ever worked with in my personal life and with my business. I have ordered from them a few of times and each time has been better than the last (and after my first order I didn’t realize they could be more helpful or nicer but they proved me wrong!). I have spoken to a few different employees over the phone, they are all so UNBELIEVABLY kind and helpfully! The first time I called the lady was so willing to help and get up from her desk take the product down from the shelf to give me full details about certain boxes I had questions about and she also then called me the next morning to assure me the delivery truck was going to make my order a priority and my boxes were being delivered that morning because I had a jewelry show that day. Not all companies would do this and I was amazed! The most recent order I made with Relis and Roth the employees were just as helpful if not more... again in crunch time I had to order boxes for a show I was having the next morning and the lady (a different one than during the first order) told me she was willing to stay and extra hour and a half on a Friday evening, A FRIDAY EVENING, or she was willing to come in on Saturday her day off to help me! I was able to find a personal delivery driver to pick up the packages so I didn’t have to ask her stay late or come in on a Saturday and when the delivery guy was lost I was on the phone with the lady and she and a few of the employees were outside looking for him going ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I have never been so happy and amazed by a companies customer service and I will FOREVER stick with Relis and Roth! And I promise for their sake I will try my best to get better at not ordering last minute crunch time. I HIGLY RECCOMED THIS COMPANY!
