True Story

We bought a house and thought everything was great. until we got hit with fines for stuff that wasn't permitted. Kate was informed of the issues and still did NOT tell us. She was in a hurry to get us to sign to help the seller not us (buyers). Very bad shady business I would NOT recommend unless you want hefty fines added on to you mortgage.

If I could give Kate 10 stars out of 5, I would. My wife and recently decided to purchase a home here in Maryland. Kate came highly recommended from some local friends that we trust - and we're glad they recommended her. Kate went out of her way to make time for us to look at houses (even when it would take a 30 minute drive to get wherever we were going). She was proactive in finding homes for us to look at that fit our criteria. Where she truly shone, though, was during the final days of purchasing our home. There were some unforeseen difficulties during our closing, and Kate was right in our corner the entire time ensuring that my wife and I were taken care of.

She is a true professional and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of. For example, in my last closing with Kate, the other realtor tried to slip an extra cost in at the last moment. Kate recognized it immediately and made the other realtor take it out!
