We purchased a bike here and the sales team was awesome. No pressure to buy something we didn’t want. They brought us to each department and was greeted with smiling friendly faces. We appreciate the A experience.

These guys are local and super friendly! They're really knowledgeable and experts which was a big help for me as a first time buyer and rider. Im really thankful for frank for helping me choose the right bike and get a good rate.

It was ok. The store is very small and not a lot of selection of clothes or boots and usually when I have stopped at this particular Harley store they have great sales going on but not so much this time. Although, I was impressed with the sales associate that was talking to my husband about a really sweet bike that was on the floor and went online and worked out a few scenarios on purchasing a new bike. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating. We can't remember his name to give him credit but he was maybe in his 30's and said he rode with one of the Christian groups. I just wish I could remember his name because he was really a fantastic sales associate.

I wanted to say thanks to Justin (mechanic) and Bill (bikes transportation/delivery) for going above and beyond when helping me with my motorcycle service this week. It was thanks to them that I got my bike back on time to be able to do a wonderful weekend ride with some friends on Saturday. It's always refreshing to find this level of customer service these crazy days we're living through...

I absolutely loved the customer service my husband and I received at the Rommel Harley-Davidson Annapolis location. We had gone to another nearby location and left disappointed but we really wanted a Harley-Davidson, the best of the best in motorcycles. We did not give up in our search. Thank goodness for the Team at the Annapolis location. Thank you for help in answering all the questions we had about our brand new motorcycle clearly and effectively. We loved it.
