I finally got my first home in Fullerton with Fan's help. I met with Fan in 2018 and she was a listing agent of one property located in Chino Hills. After talking to her, she is the person that will listen to you, understand your situation, help you find out what you need and she never push me to make a decision. Fan is very responsive (always answers phone calls and text messages) and helps me to talk to the listing agent and suggests to me what the price to offer. The loan agent she referred me to is very professional too, this team helped me to close the escrow within 21 days. The purchasing process isn't easy for a first time buyer, Fan always answers my questions, explains to me what are the next steps, and helps me to review all documents. After almost a whole year of trying, I finally got my first home on August with the help of Fan. Buying a house was intimidating, I had a few bad encounters with agents prior to meeting Fan. One did not listen and did not try to understand my needs. Some were never prepared, not knowledgeable. I was at the point of giving up till I met Fan at an open house at the end of last year. It was her who inspired me to try again. She is really detail-oriented. She always prepared all the information about the houses before to make it easy and efficient. I can feel the difference with Fan. She always understands what I need and provides the best options for me. Although I had a ton of questions about purchasing a house because it was my first time, she patiently helped me solve any difficulties. She even helped me with a lot of unreasonable requests (thinking back) to the seller. Finally, the after-sale service is definitely first-class as she followed up with me after I bought the house and was answering more questions this time, on owning a house, Taxes, HOAs and whatnot. I am so glad to have had met Fan while looking for an agent to sell my property. I own a condo in Phillips Ranch and was thinking about upsizing because me and the wife is expecting a baby soon. I listed with a big name agent who charges very low commission and the only good thing about the agent was the 0.5% lower commission and guarantees to buy my property if it doesn't sell. Soon I realized this was not a good strategy as my listing had a very low Buyer's agent commission so no agent wanted to show my property eventhough the price was good. The previous agent constantly asked me to further reduce my price... Anyway, my listing expired after 6 months. I always saw Fan's flyer infront of my door but never bothered to contact her. Her flyer details her current listings as well as sold listings. We talked and she showed me how she was going to help my listing sell fast at the price I wanted. Next thing you know, property listed and sold! We even got our property partially staged from Fan! Careful! There are so many Real Estate agents selling with gimmicks out there!
