Completely horrible customer service. They are refusing to answer any of our calls as we are trying to get the right hardware to hang a very large expensive door we had made. Instead they are not reading emails with the proper specifications and continue to send the wrong parts. It’s so bad they are sending wood pieces meant to mount the door that are the completely different color stain from the door itself. A simple call would likely resolve. I am now left with a huge piece of wood I can’t do anything with.

Highly recommend working with them. I had a horrible experience with two separate door companies before finding Rustic Luxe Designs. The lead time is a little longer but definitely worth the wait. They are really busy because they are the best! Shipping from Tampa to Chicago was seamless and easy. If you are looking to purchase custom sliders order in advance so you can get doors from them. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I order a set of custom doors from Rustic Luxe Designs. We enjoyed creating the exact design we wanted for these doors. They worked with us and when we were not able visit the workshops they sent us photographs and video throughout the build. Very busy company and we wish them much more success. Beautiful doors.
