Show up with a part that is similar to a thermocouple and this guy tells me that he doesn't know what it is ? I had told him it might be one too but wasn't sure ? Then he looks at my first picture of some serial # not a model # then keeps looking through all my other photos I took so as to ask questions about this water heater yet he seemed at a loss for some kind of help ? Then I mentioned how much one would cost for this RV and said 2 or 300.00 dollars and he said it would be much more than that but again no sales pitch or even a hint of brands to think about ? Sorry ,but why do you have people at a sales and parts service that dont help you or try to sell ya anything either ?

Unbelievable service from the Service Department!! Bill worked a miracle and the rest of the team, such as Danny, were extremely friendly. I’m going to recommend RV Station to Everyone I know for anything when it comes to RVs! Extremely satisfied!!

I took my rv for service. I had an apoinment for the rv to get fix, i got there and everything was good that day. After one week i call to see haw was everthing was going with the rv and told me that they had parts order that i could pick up my rv till parts arrive. After three weeks i wend to pick it up and found out that what they could of done to the trailer nothing was done to it. Went i got there i ask them if they had done everthing to it and they told me yes. So i told them to plug my trailer that i want to see if they fix the problem. They never touch the trailer they didnt so nothing to it well at least thats what i could see. I climb into the roof and could see that they never fix the ac or silicon problems that they told me that they haded fix and i can continue for a long time but in another words. Terrible service they dont know how to fix trailers at all.
