Clean, quiet and absolutely beautiful marina. Great facilities, pool, mechanics, etc. Easy in and out from all slips. New floating docks, free wifi, I could go on. I love it here.

We put in here to wait out the hurricane and they couldn't have been nicer. They were actually recommended by another Safe Harbor marina because they have more room. They were ready on the dock as we arrived in a tough wind and when they realized we were having trouble with the wind one of the guys arrived on a boat and pushed the bow so we could get in. They were helpful with information and even gave me a ride to the train so I could get off. My husband stayed with the boat and finished the storm prep. I returned the next day and they drove me to the nearby grocery so when we finished refitting the boat we were ready to leave. I can't thank them enough for their terrific customer service. I hope we have occasion to stop there again and stay to enjoy it.

We were going to Liv’s Lobster which is on this property. To enter you go through a gate which is unmanned. The directions to get in are unclear. Finally, I pushed an intercom button. An extremely rude woman answered and basically castigated me for getting out of my car to push the button to get in. She was not at all customer friendly. Liv’s owner should be concerned that a customer was treated in this manner. Quite frankly, if my wife didn’t want a lobster roll so badly, I would have left.

I just want to say that I am devastated at how corporate the feeling of this marina has become. I have been a member for over 10 years and was proud to be part of the \Brewer Family.\ Since Safe Harbor's acquired it, things has slowly gone downhill. Profits seemed to be funneled away to buy other marinas instead of reinvesting it back into the facilities, senior service members are either laid off, fired, or retired (not sure which, just that they are leaving). My boat is on the hard still in the yard, so I do not feel comfortable using my real name here for fear of retribution, but I hope that any potential customer looking at this weighs their options.
