Having an issue with my key, I was able to speak to the manager, Richard; an individual who is very respectful with each person I saw him interact with. The person I worked with directly, Robert, went beyond the limits to ensure that the issue I had was taken care of. While waiting, I spoke with many employees who were all friendly and extremely attentive in making sure the wait was not a bit bored. I feel like this is a place I would go to just to chill.

This is the first time I have purchased a car from them. This is the best dealer I have gone to. There is no hustle, no haggle, no messing around,and they have really good customer service along with good prices. I spent three hours to get there from LA and it was worth it. The phone call from the manager was sophisticated and professional. The sales team Josh and Heike took care of my deal in only 90 minutes. At other dealers it would take at least half a day. Sometimes I would have extra overtime at the financial department but it never happened here.I will definitely come back here and try get an Aston Martin next time.Thank you very very much!!

My wife and I had been shopping around for a new car for the past 6 months, and after a couple negative experiences at car dealerships, we really appreciated the down to earth sales approach of this place. Josh, Tek, and Oswin worked really hard to find a new Mitsubishi Outlander in our price range. Not only did they get us a price we could afford, but Josh and Tek stayed after hours to close the deal and give us a thorough orientation on the car. The next time we need a new car, we'll be back.
