They will quote you a price then send you a bill triple the quote amount. We have been requesting a itemized bill and they have yet to send it! Then they have the audacity to say if we don't pay the bill today they will send each one of our customers a letter!

It’s a nice work environment and I really liked it, it was the first job I was comfortable in but I guess I’m just too slow to be here so they let me go. But it’s definitely a nice place to be in, I’m going to miss the friends I made there.

Every single experience I've had with them has been horrible. I've been in the business 10 years and have used many monitoring centers and this has by far been the worse. Our Rep took over 2 months to set us up and then sent a bill that was so out of wack it was insane. They call at 3 and 4 am for a did not test and get my staff out of bed to take a call they could of made during normal hours. After a few months I pulled all my accounts, never to return. Update: These guys called an gave a very sincere apology and were very genuine and sincere. That goes a long way in my book. Thank you for the call
