I have had MRI's done before where just waiting to get an appointment became a problem and then sitting in a hospital waiting in line. With Serenity Open MRI the immediate appointment, the service, the friendly help by Sig was amazing! Sig is very professional, caring, and knowledgeable, all the things you hope for when you go for this kind of treatment and are looking for help!

Was very nervous about having an contrast mri, but Sig made me feel at ease & my experience was a good one. He answered all my questions & was very patient with me. I highly recommend him.

My experience at Serenity Mri was exceptional. Sig made every effort to check my insurance and when I did get approved he gave me an appointment that very same day. Anytime there is an issue with your brain function it’s high priority that you get high-quality images in order to determine what is going on. I know for a fact even though I have not received the results of my MRI yet that I will have a better understanding as will my doctor. In my opinion the open MRI is the only choice for someone who has issues with claustrophobia or suffers from anxiety. Years ago I attempted a seated MRI and couldn’t continue Bc it was so uncomfortable. So just to have a great experience at Serenity and know that I completed a much needed test with a highly qualified technician makes me so happy. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic. Thank you Sig!
Sig was incredible. We needed am MRI for my husband and he made the whole experience wonderful. He went above and beyond. If you need an MRI this place is very comfortable and he makes the whole process less stressful.
