Jade and the entire Service department embody premium care with a friendly smile. Thorough and detailed my wife and I were given several options and treated like we were their most important client. As a Customer Care Automotive Trainer with high-end luxury companies for nearly 20 years, I would highly recommend MAZDA use this group as an example of the direction their company is headed if they truly embrace the ideals of Luxury with the people who represent them in addition to what many feel is already a Luxury product. Friendly staff, no issues with them on that front. However, twice I've had my car in for a service and to investigate a rotational noise when breaking and twice I've paid for additional services totaling 500, that did not identify or address the problem. At the latest visit they attached a blank service card and my tire pressure light came on 4 hours after the service. I was 4 Psi under on two tires.

The gentleman who takes your car and tells you about what’s going on is always super polite. They do good work in a timely manner. I’ve never had any issues and my car is always returned cleaner than they received it. Very thorough work as well. They check everything and let you know when some major work might be coming up. It’s nice to have a heads up. Definitely recommend.

Good quality service @ this dealership, Tristen in the service dept. is very efficient, I have my vehicle detailed twice a year & other times what is needed, don’t do oil change anymore, the discount coupon they gave me was not honored, because I didn’t have a Mazda, they gave me the run around, long story, I miss the detail manger “Rob” he took great care of my detailing on my vehicle for years!

I appreciate the quality job of Brighton Mazda on my vehicle. They were done with my car hours sooner than quoted. The staff was kind and friendly, I felt like they bent backwards to do an excellent job on all accounts. I talked mostly with Jade, she was really nice yet business like. This was my first time coming in for my 6 month service on my 2020 CX-30. Tristan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The service was done thoroughly and quickly. Not only do I constantly recommend Mazda vehicles but I give Serra Mazda in Brighton, both their sales and service staff my highest regards!
