Called them at 9:00am and they were at my office by 11:00am. A glass mirror fell off the wall and they were terrific at getting it cleaned up. So nice, considerate and gentlemanly as well. Had a water damage just before Christmas from all the rain we had. I had a roof leak and Servpro sent out someone to tarp the roof and then technicians followed with drying equipment in my home. I did not want to use insurance- I got a fair price and they had the ceiling in the bedroom dried quickly!

Had a grease fire due to aunt Susan cooking her famous boiled goose and dumplings and had to call the servpro for them to come out and tare out the burnt stuff and replace with the new. They responded quick fast and in a hurry. If i could give them a 7 or 8 or even a 9 star I would. Ps... aunt Susan ain't cooking that greasy stuff in my house anymore.

The employee literally told my parents the reason the project (fixing garage doors) is taking so long (9 months) is bc of their race. The company didn’t social distance and draped their used equipment over my fathers medication. I’m a contractor myself and I was repulsed by what I witnessed on this project. I’m just glad no one got sick.
