Still a place i will eat from over and over again. Sheridan manor is a very well kept building, i don't even live their plus their chef is phenomenally clean. Five stars

We're looking for a facility for my MIL so I called them today. When I asked for someone in Admissions the lady who answered the phone said \They're not in!\. She didn't offer a time I might try back or offer to take a message. I just said ok and hung up. If they are this unhelpful on the phone how can I depend on them to care for my MIL who has Alzheimers? People answering your phones are the first impressions that new residents and/or their family get so a polite and helpful person might benefit your establishment.
In my experience Sheridan manor is a good please to stay the manager is always doing improve in this facility if you go and ask for take a look for your family you will see they are working to make a much better place to stay,
the cost of this place its a scam. the poor patients, the staff is the cheapest help they can find, and I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't even qualified to be nurses, and lets not mention the food. this place has one sole purpose and that is to make money, not help and take care of people. its dirty and unsanitary. if you love your family then you don't want to put them here. the rooms are the size of a closet and have more then one patient in each room with inadequate storage. a/c is poor and no fans. its no way for animals to live let alone people. please do you and your family a favor and look elsewhere.
