I have lived in several areas of the country and this clinic is by far the best. The service is exceptional and I feel like everyone there takes the time to know each one of my 6 pets. They are reasonable in their pricing of services and in the treatment plans they suggest are always a good place to start without going over the top.

I just really like this office staff. The gals that work here really make it worthwhile. I’ve been taking my dogs here for a few years. Not going to lie, I took one of my dogs to a closer vet office that was also just a little bit cheaper on pricing when we moved, but it just didn’t compare. I’ll be keeping my dogs at Skipworth and making the drive. I think it’s a high quality place.

I haven’t even physically been to this place and I still stand by my five star review, especially for the folks working the phone. They gave me great advice when I called about my kitten when it would have been just as easy for them to refuse to say anything without seeing him/ask me to pay for an appointment. I’m so appreciative. When I do need to bring my little dude in to be neutered in a couple months, I’ll be headed their way.

I am new to the Richmond area. My small dog suddenly started limping. I called this clinic as it is near me and I had already made a mental note to look into bringing my pooches here for regular checkups. I called. Staff was very friendly. Appointments are recommended, but they said to bring her in as a walk in. I signed in expecting a wait, as a walk in should anticipate, but was seen very quickly. Staff were wonderful with my dog. Vet Skipworth is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. This place is staffed with compassionate people. The care was great and affordable. I will be a new client. And Pepper Pig says thank you for helping heal her sprain!
