Not worthy of any star rating. Please read the reviews and believe them. This place is not worthy of caring for children. The front office staff is not friendly. The doctors are always rushed. Your wait time is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place for any reason. I utilized them enough to understand i made a bad decision and will never return.

Avoid this place like a plague. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We scheduled a well visit for our children at snellville pediatrics with Dr. Fortion. Well visit are covered 100% under our insurance. Our kids are healthy and as stated this was a routine yearly visit. As a part of the visit, the doctor asked questions regarding growth of children and we answered accordingly. A few weeks later, we received a bill for 114 dollars. Upon further inquiry with their billing department, we were told that the bill was a result of \focused history\ because we answered \yes\ to one of the questions that the doctor inquired about. In other words, there was a chronic skin issue that we we're not there to discuss but the doctor asked about it and to which we responded with appropriate answers. So ultimately, we went in for a well visit, doctor asked questions about health of our kids, we responded to his questions and now we're responsible for the bill. If that's not ridiculous I don't know what is. Guess we're supposed to go to doctors office now and not answer any questions regarding our kids health when the doctor asks to avoid being charged.They ask questions regarding health and growth and in return they bill you which you would not ordinary be billed for if you simply don't answer any questions regarding the well visit. Think about that before you go back to Snellville Pediatrics.

I used Snellville Pediatrics for my two children since birth.. They are the BEST!! Fantastic doctors and staff that truly care! I highly and truly recommend them!!

There is not anything nice to say about this place. Do not take your family here. Their business ethic, customer service, and over all care is substandard. If you notice, recently they do not respond to any negative review, because they don't care enough to Make their customers feel welcome or meet their needs. Billing insurance incorrectly, rudeness, long waits, lack of confidentiality, and irresponsible business ethic is all you will get here. Read the reviews and believe them! 1 * only nectar you have to give 1.

I have never had any problems with them but today was horrible. I was supposed to see doctor mary Cox at 11:20 I arrived 10 minutes early but up until 1:30 I was still waiting and I didn't get to see a SINGLE doctor. if you want a good doctor do not come here. she does not care about patients kids. I also called the manager to see what they are doing to fix this problem I left a voicemail and haven't got a call back yet.
