I was there customer on 3 occasions always very helpful and polite. Yesterday I experienced one of worst treatment from customer point of view. I needed a propeller Jim asked me what kind of outboard so we figure out what part will fit based on model number and they had one that matched based by computer to my engine. Well it didn't look like my old one which I had with me so I said sorry this won't work. He said well you lost something. I said I don't think so but let me just show you picture of my prop shaft. He goes: why are you making your problem our problem! I go what? I'm not trying to create problem just trying to by right part. He says is again. He asked me where is the boat. I say: Montauk. He goes from all the places out there you no one can help you so you come here to make it our problem? No I was in bridge Hampton had 1 hr break and I was happy with service at this place before and I knew you guys had parts for my 1987 yamaha 9.9 before so I came here. Ok it goes on the differences than i say ok can i order the other propeller and since you don't have picture of it if it won't match mine do I have to buy it. He says absolutely. With irony sarcasm and all in his not welcoming attitude I never will be back I'm sure it won't hurt them just thought I sure my experience.
