I have no idea how this building continues to operate. I believe Atria has given up on this property. The lawsuits, turnover and horrible attitude of management has made this a building to avoid. This is a great place for your loved one if you do not particularly like them.

My Mom lived here for almost 3 years and the staff took very good care of her. She needed to move to another facility due to finances and the transition was anything but smooth. They made this a very difficult and stressful move. I would not recommend Atria based on their administrative staff.

More than just beautiful, Atria is a real home to all of its residents. The staff is hand picked, competent, compassionate, integrated into every resident's life. I use the term \authentic \, as everyone is willing to always go the extra mile, no matter what.. In this assisted living industry, it is difficult sometimes to differentiate from one facility to another, but at Atria, you know you've found \ home \.

After being with this company for almost 8 years, I must say it has been and still is a rewarding experience. Here at Atria Stratford, I have the opportunity for growth. I began this journey as an engage life assistant/driver and from there moved up the ladder to the position of Administrative Assistant. We (residents and staff) are one big, happy family. If you haven't had the opportunity to stop by and tour our community, please do so. You will not be disappointed. There are smiles presented, hugs given, great conversation, and most importantly LOVE shown.
