Number one. The office staff is wonderful. Other A/C companies act as if they are doing you a favor on the phone. If I owned a business, I would have my employees call and hear how Amanda and Alicia speak to people and copy them. Number two, they show up when they say. Number three, Doug, our technician was clean, courteous, competent and professional. He explained everything to tee including what the parts did that he was replacing. We would encourage everyone needing a/c work to call them. We have requested Doug to come out and work on our unit if we ever need it again. Use them, you will be happy and stress free.

As a businessman, what people have to say about your business is important. That’s why I give Star 5 Star’s. The installers, James & Jason were at our home on time. Installation was neat and clean. Very professional on what they do. I highly recommend Star air conditioning for a number of reasons. One price of my train air conditioner was very reasonable , actually a lot less than others. I questioned why the price was much lower than other companies that we contacted. Actually we contacted four others besides Star. The answer they gave me was Very satisfactory. It reminded me of how I run my business by the Golden rule. The second reason, is because from my initial contact to paying our bill everybody including the ladies in the office down to James and Jason were professional. I’m writing this review to highlight the good and the bad of dealing with Star Quality. Rest assured, this review will take much less time to read than it will take for your job to be completed. This company came highly recommended, but was not cheap. They were the second highest quote of the 8 quotes I received. On several occasions, I was told that my job would take one day to complete, but it lasted about 4 weeks. Luckily, I was only without a working AC for two days. There was little to no incoming communication from Star Quality to keep me in the loop. The old AC unit that was replaced, sat in my yard for over 3 weeks, until I called to complain. I spoke to the owner, Noah, who refused to take any accountability. He instead, blamed the manufacturer (Trane) for everything. For two days following that call, workers were showing up at my house, unannounced, to complete the job. When asked how the job was now able to be completed, I was told that they probably took the parts needed from another waiting customer. Going into my fifth week, I am still waiting on my inspection and for them to pick up their tools. I would like to note that the work that was done, was well done and Amanda in the office is awesome.

Very good experience starting with the bid process, planning the job, coordination with other contractors and finally actual installation. All went quite smooth and according to plan. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was courteous and helpful including the owner, the office staff and the installation team.
