Justine is all of these qualities and more! She is AMAZING! She enjoys her job and you see that shine through. I am never intimated to ask a question but encouraged! I love that she is willing to show me what and how to do the activity! Starmark is so lucky to have this professional young woman as a trainer! I want to bring my puppy back and continue her training with Justine.

After my surgery last year, I could not take care of or play with our 9 month old pitty rescue. The only chance I had of recuperating successfully was to have her boarded for at least 3 weeks and trained during that time. After doing an initial counseltation with a trainer there, we decided to board her and get her trained for 6 weeks so we could add a vacation on after my healing - and have more stability for Lainey, too. Justine, Lainey's Trainer, was wonderful! She explained everything to us (made sure we felt comfortable with the commands before we took her home) and emailed with us after we brought her home - and did a follow up session with us as well. If we lived closer to Hutto, we would have taken her back at least a couple more times for some weekend socialization. Nine months later, Lainey is still a very well behaved dog who listens to us, knows 'place' and is a much better part of our family (Honestly, for a while there I was ready to give her back to Austin pets alive because I didn't think I would survive!). And although she came back well trained well behaved and a much better listener, she still has her fun quirky personality!! I cannot even imagine Lainey not being a part of my life- and she has even helped me recover faster and stronger- especially emotionally. If it were not for Starmark and Justine, my life would be totally different right now and definitely not for the better. Thank you Justine and Starmark - WE ARE THANKFUL & HAPPY TOGETHER!!
These people are amazing. Saved our butts twice now with last minute boarding. Price can't be beat. It's a ways out of our way, but I don't know that I'll use anyone else. The pups are always super excited when we pull in.
We adopted a quarantine pup in April and noticed he had aggression towards bikes, scooters, motorcycles, skateboards, etc. We were really concerned because it was impossible to walk him. We started working with Jagger and really enjoyed our training sessions with him. He's very knowledgeable and clearly loves dogs! He made himself very available and we were able to email or call which we did often. We talked to people in Austin who were at least double the cost, and couldn't provide some of the amenities that Starmark could like training him in a pool, or working with other dogs. Jagger was also very accommodating and had us bring a bike to work on training. Our dog is conquering his fears of things with wheels, he's growing more comfortable in water, and we really liked how Jagger explored lots of options with us. He emphasized the importance of basic commands, recall, and those foundational skills, while seemingly not helpful with bikes, have proven useful! We loved working with Jagger, felt we got great value, training, and aren't worried about our dog anymore.
They do an excellent job at training dogs. I love their methods and you can tell the dogs do too. The staff is amazing at teaching us humans how to continue the training with our dogs at home. I wish I could give more stars!
