Rory went out of his way to be helpful. I had very specific wants as this was my first time choosing a vehicle and he went out of his way to show me vehicles he thought I would like. There is a good selection and the owner is very friendly and helpful as well.

Edit: I ended up not buying my truck here but I still think it’s a very good place. Excellent experience so far. Shopping for used cars is extremely stressful, and I always wonder why car dealers can’t just be less shady. So I dread going to see vehicles (one of the worst experiences ever was Bob Penkus Mazda on Test drive, BTW, if you want to know more, check out my Google review). Today, I walked into Street Smart skeptically as usual, but this business has a convenient location, and they had what I am looking for, so it was worth trying. Jose and the owner were wonderful since the beginning and absolutely not pushy. I was shown the vehicle I requested and they didn’t try to sell me anything else or talk me into other vehicles (I did notice two cars I wouldn’t mind owning, but, oh, if only I could afford to own 5-7 cars!) Having dutifully done my homework, I immediately noticed a small inconsistency between the trim of the vehicle as per its VIN and the sticker on the vehicle, but, once we clarified, it was all easy and smooth. It’s a cal dealership, they have to do their job. As a customer, I know I have to do my homework, so I arrived prepared and, of course, am getting the vehicle inspected by my mechanic before committing (those 100 worth spending). In the end, I didn’t buy the truck only because it was about 1k too expensive (for my budget and, honestly, I believe it was a little bit overpriced for a fair market value, as per KNB), but the truck was in excellent shape and it would not have been a bad deal at all. We just purchased our second vehicle from Street Smart and has a great experience. I have been wanting a Jeep for a couple months and my husband decided to have me take the reins and handle this purchase on my own. I was very nervous but that feeling was quickly gone! Mark was so helpful and connected me with Rory who is wonderful, friendly and patient!!! I came for a test drive and didn’t like the first Jeep. There was no pressure from Rory and and when another Jeep came on the lot I was able to come right away and test drive it. Rory worked around my work schedule to finalize the sale and I felt completely comfortable. Honesty, high quality and integrity is what you will find at Street Smart!

Rory is easily the best car salesperson in Colorado Springs. I came in looking for a specific car, when we got there I explained why I liked that specific car and Rory showed me another car they had just gotten in that stole my heart. It was ridiculously affordable too! 10/10, would absolutely buy from Rory again!
