I cannot even begin to tell you how unhelpful they are. Internet was down, they said they would send a technician out that day. They never showed up, called the next day, they told me they knew nothing about the person coming out yesterday and they wouldn't be able to send someone out for over a week. I asked them what I'm supposed to do as I work from home. "Should I get fired? What would you do in my situation? Just tell your work you couldnt work for a week and then read books until you had internet service?" Of course the only answer was, we can't have someone come out for a week. Terrible service, go elsewhere.

Update to my post below- I think this is a total lie! They can come out to turn off the old owners service but they can turn mine on the same day!!! Response from Suddenlink rep- Thank you, Jeremy. I am sorry for the experience you have had with your installation appointments. At this time, the technicians are not working in the area due to the air quality. When it drops below hazardous levels, they will be able to complete your appointment. If you have any additional questions, please let us know. Angela Horrible customer service! 3 Appointments and 3 no shows. They only called once to say the installer wasn't going to show and that was half way through the appointment window when they were suppose to be there. The 3rd appointment (11am - 2pm window) customer service reps kept telling me the installer was going to show up until 6pm and the installer never showed up at all. The people of Mammoth deserve better service than this! Can't even believe that I have to give them 1 star to post this.

Their wireless service is usually experiencing problems all the time they always make up excuses to get you off the phone while nothing is actually done. Unplug the cable modem, wait 5 minutes while sacrificing a chicken while spinning on your head. Then "we are aware of the problem we are working on getting it fixed." That is NEVER done. Notice how many are negative reviews

The worst service ever. Internet is inconsistent and they keep charging for equipment services that I was still using. Customer service is awful. Never get a correct or consistent answer and extremely difficult to reach a live person who knows what they are talking about. Find another service if possible.

Horrible experience. Our whole block, 8 residents, has been unable to get internet for 15 days. With no end to this madness insight. When we call a third party answers and are of NO help. As we stand right now someone may come out in 2-4 weeks no guarantee!!!!!! Good luck to you if you invest in this service:((((*((

How is it possible that I have to give them one star? They do not follow their own protocols. Their customer service department is actually the single worst customer service folks I have ever engaged with on any platform. They offer no solutions to their mistakes. No follow up. They make promises and do not deliver. No idea how they are in biz, except in my town, they are the only ISP. BTW...when they respond and tell you to email them through FB or Twitter....SAME BAD SERVICE. If you have an alternative......go with anything else.

Absolutely THE worst ever. I am shocked they are still in business. Terminated 2 months ago and they made me pay a month ahead even though I previously stated I would be only needing services for 2 days out of the month. 2 months later still waiting on the refund. Spoke to customer care 8 times, and every time there's a new lie. Also tried to charge me for the equipment I shipped back using FedEx label they provided. For real haha.
