Got a battery for 35. Refurbished of course but so far no issues with it. Staff is friendly. Parking lot is a bit small for the number of people that seem to go there. It's a bit of a hassle getting in and out but worth it because of the prices. Will definitely use them in future purchases.

First off, there NOT new batteries. After you install one of their so-called ew\ batteries check your battery gauge. good indicator to see where your battery is currently charged at. Ya there quick, in and out. But...not that hard to turn around and grab anything. The first battery they tried to give me was wrong size. So when i corrected him. He was embarrassed in front if his trainee. So was told had to buy new one. Honestly if i didn't haven't of all ready pulled my old battery out i would of just went literally any where else. Went back in and asked if he was sure the battery was new because my gauge says otherwise. \Its new\ he replied, staring at the ground. What a waste better honor there warranty!!!

If I could give them 0 stars, i would. Battery lasted a couple of weeks. Was stranded on a weekend in 115 degree heat and forced to get a battery elsewhere. Very poor customer service when asked for a 30 refund. They said they sell thousands of batteries a year and would only give a 15 refund for a 35 battery that lasted a couple of weeks. So they still made a profit of 20 on a battery that they will resale at 35 to someone else. What good is a 2 month warrenty that they refused to honor? Very shady business!

Service was great! The place was easy to find and the staff was very helpful. Be informed it's hot inside but service is quick so you won't be inside no longer than 5 minutes if that.
