Had a great experience in the store in the rental of my sons Viola. Had a string put in that broke at no cost. Excellent, professional, and caring repair technicians in house. Huge and complete shop in the downstairs to operate on wood, brass, or percussion.

Very friendly people working there. I loved that we got a tour of the facilities while someone else was calculating the trade in value of the instruments I brought with me. The pricing on the used instruments was fair and competitive to some other companies. I thought it was incredible that they could take in a \dead\ instrument and make it look brand new. Their process is thorough. I would highly recommend them for your next instrumental needs.
