EDIT: In the weeks since writing this the complex has stepped up quite a bit. Communication has been much better and they have expressed plans to address many of the complaints they have been getting. The neighbor situation is still unfortunate but I understand thats just part of living in an apartment. I'm cautiously optimistic for the future. This would be a 1 star review if it weren't for the convenient location. Don't be fooled by the neat looking architecture, this place is way overpriced for what you get. Our first week here was a CONSTANT battle with ants. Attached are pictures from the first NIGHT. Yes, the complex does offer \pest control\ but they only come out every friday. Guess when we moved in? Saturday and Sunday! Guess who had to deal with ants in literally every single room for 5 days? I get pests are difficult to control but this system is seriously flawed. Aside from the pest problem, our upstairs neighbors are some of the most inconsiderate neighbors I've ever experienced. The second day here the stomping was so bad, the light fixture in the closet literally fell from the ceiling and shattered. Maintenance is wonderful and responds very quickly, but that's just ridiculous. Our dining room light fixture rattles constantly from the stomping. Kids are constantly shouting in front of our unit without any kind of supervision. We have called three times and left two voice messages, but we are strangely never able to reach anyone at the front office. No one has ever called us back. Additionally, there is no EMAIL ADDRESS at which we may contact them. There's not any way for us to report these noise complaints which is just unacceptable. We only signed our lease in September and are absolutely not resigning unless things drastically change moving forward.

The apartment, and facilities are amazing! Very clean, & taken care of! The new office staff at 909 West are a great pleasure to work with, also Abby and Shay are very responsive and so friendly which is most important. Very knowledgeable and polite. Will do all then need to make sure you have all the information you need! Would recommend to ANYONE. Thank you ladies for helping finding a new home!
New management is somehow worse than the old one. The front desk almost never answers the phone. Which isn't a huge problem on its own if the neighbors weren't terrible. The people that live here are some of the loudest most inconsiderate people to ever live. Don't move here unless you love the sounds of stomping and screaming children because it's constant. We've complained multiple times about our neighbors letting their kids run and scream in the hall outside our apartment. Several times they've even slammed in to the door of our apartment. Nothing has come of it even though they've said they'll do something some times. Other times they've said they can't do anything. They even made it my problem to figure out exactly which apartment the kids were coming from. My lease states I'm not supposed to directly involve myself in disputes but they made me.
Today I had an appointment to view a 2 bedroom apartment at 909 West. Soon as I walked in the leasing agent Shea greeted me and was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the property. After we returned to the leasing office after the tour Abby and Monique were very kind asking how things went and how I liked it. They also provided me with additional information so I have when I do make my decision for my new home. Awesome staff there at 909 west!
Nicole was a breath of fresh air. My fiancee and I had been looking for a place in this area for about three months. Her patience and availability with us, helped us to make the right decision to choose 909 West. She walked us through the processes and made sure that we found a place that we were excited about. Clarissa also assisted us in getting our few work orders completed promptly and carport situated. I have not yet met the apartment manager however, I can tell that superlative staff reflects leadership. Our apartment has a hallway, full washer and dryer, three closets and then a fourth walk-in closet (for an apartment its huge). The kitchen has so much cabinet space (again, huge for an apartment) made for appliance junkies. Thank you all again for your help and making the living apartment life simple.
