The Tesla dealership was inside Lenox Square mall it was very nice. Me and the kids loved it they had a great car show floor room.
Terrible experience. As I've been to a Tesla dealership outside of this region (Atlanta) when I was first interested in purchasing one when the Model 3 was produced. I decided to wait and glad that I did now that the Model Y has rolled out. After doing some solid research I'm now on the market yet again for a new vehicle and Tesla is what I would like to purchase. After waiting a full week to test drive the model Y (not complaining about wait time) I arrive to be half greeted and then find out that my appointment has basically been CANCELLED. No phone call despite it being said that I was contacted when I was not. No apology and no help in making sure my reservation was fulfilled even after it was stated that it was not seen but then was found after I pulled up my email confirmation to show I was in the right place at the right time as instructed. This is not leaving a good taste in my mouth with Tesla this time around. Not happy in the slightest with customer service given. This is NOT what I would expect from Tesla in the slightest.
I currently own a motorcycle and a Porsche. Went in a few months ago just to check out the cars. Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient with my busy schedule, and I finally went in for a test drive. The cars are unique and certainly easy/fun to drive, and provide a minimalist aesthetic compared to the typical luxury. With very few buttons some features are not intuative from the start, but everything is very simple when you get used to it. They made a small mistake with booking two test drives at the same time but were professional and proactive to correct their mistake. If/when I am ready to purchase a Tesla, it'll be from Taylor at Lenox Mall.

Tesla treats it's customers right for sure. This location We visited it when we bought my wife's Tesla and used the service center for the annual check up. Best car buying experience ever. No hastle, no negotiation, no BS.
I mean seriously Tesla is so awesome at this point. Recommend going there if you haven't yet.
Engineering that is 5-10 years ahead of whoever is claiming to be next. It is the best decision to make for you and your family.
