The whole process of my Covid test was very easy and quick. The guy that did my test was very caring, professional and gentle. We even got free shirts. I highly recommend this place. We had many people go there for tests and they all had positive experiences.

The Colony ER has provided prompt, safe and professional care for COVID-19 testing. I have needed to be checked a few times and each time was performed from the vehicle after a brief wait in line. 3 sets of test results provided, starting a few hours later. GREAT JOB for all your staff!
This place was so amazing, the staff were kind and made me feel comfortable. My nurse, Michelle, was very attentive and very sweet. Definitely a better option than the regular ER if you can avoid it! HIGHLY recommend!
Received very good care. Everything is completed in house and in a timely manner. Nurse was excellent. She gave great care and eased a stressful situation. Assisttant was good. Person in charge of care could use a lesson in bed side manner, especially when he butchered my IV and talked to another employee like I wasn't there. By the way, veins are very good due to weightlifting.
My experience at the Colony ER Hospital was absolutely wonderful. I am new here in the Dallas Texas area. I was treated in a very professional, respectful, friendly, thoughtful, concerned and confidential manner at the same time from all of the staff. They listened, I didn’t feel rushed, I was not made to feel like a number being rushed through the process. The nurse practitioner took time out to explain everything to me. Just the way all of the staff spoke and worked with us was wonderful. It made the whole process less stressful. I wish others could see the and learn from this site. Great Job
