I wouldn’t recommend living here . I had a roach problem in my apartment due to the flooring coming up in my bathroom . Bugs were able to crawl in my apartment because the flooring was coming up and when I expressed my concerns to the property manager all she said was she would tell maintenance. Having Roaches is not something I should have to deal with being that I almost pay 1,000 in rent.Roaches are something I can not deal with and they travel .I have asked to move out this apartment and they are refusing to allow me to move. This place clearly just wants your money and will charge you for anything just to get more money out of you . If I could give 0 stars I would ! Also when I moved I looked behind the stove because there was also a lot of gnats in my apartment and was trying to figure out where they were coming from and turns out management didn’t clean behind the stove or refrigerator after the people who lived there before me moved out

You have got to be kidding me!!! My son just received his keys this morning. His apartment is not properly turned over or rent ready. Yes! I'm obviously in the industry with my fancy industry lingo. This is unacceptable! When did the expectation and standards change? So now its acceptable to provide a future resident keys to an apartment that is filthy and has evidence of the previous resident living there. This is obviously how you conduct business because someone else just posted a review today with the same experience with their son. Get it together folks!

the staff is very warm and welcoming! they made my entire process easy for my family and I. The maintenance crew is amazing and come in a timely manner! I love how everything is included for a great price! Love living here

Living here the past couple of months it has been great. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The apartments are newly renovated and has updated appliances. There is always some interactive activities for you to do here .I would recommend living here to anyone new in the area

Beautifully renovated apartments but poor customer service from the leasing management team. The responsiveness that I experienced prior to signing a lease changed drastically after becoming a resident. There has been a vermin issue within my apartment unit. I placed a work order to have the situation alleviated. The building service managers were kind but informed me that all they could do was set traps; as the vermin issue is a recurring problem each winter season. Apparently, the field lying behind the complex holds field mice that look to find shelter within the apartments. After catching one vermin, I thought the issue was resolved. After finding a second, I inquired with surrounding residents, who shared that they were experiencing the same issues; and had also attempted to bring it to management’s attention, but to no avail. The lack of concern and promptness to rectify this situation has initiated my search for a new apartment. The health and safety of residents should be top priority; in addition to good customer service. It makes a real difference.
